What this site is
City Builder Tools is a small, free set of calculators for people who play city builders and colony sims and would rather plan a production chain than guess at it. How many farms feed one bakery? How many workers does a new district actually need once you count the people walking goods around? When does a bigger warehouse pay for itself? Those are the questions each tool here tries to answer for one specific game, using that game's real numbers.
Where the numbers come from
Every rate, cost and ratio on a tool page comes from a source you can open: the game's official wiki, a developer patch note, or data read straight from the game. The sources are listed at the bottom of every tool. If we cannot find a reliable source for a number, the tool leaves it out instead of guessing. Games get patched, so when a value changes and we have not caught it yet, the sources list is the fastest way to check.
How to use the tools
Pick a game, then a tool. Most calculators work like a planner: set the output you want, and the tool works backward to the buildings, workers and inputs you need. Nothing is saved on our side, nothing needs an account, and everything runs in your browser, so the tools keep working on a slow connection once the page has loaded.
